  • We scan and file your document to the system of C9 if you wish or are forced to deal with something else instead of administration.
  • We deliver your scanned or voice recorded materials in editable format as quick as thought.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

 

We can provide our elastofficePLUS services only for our customers with C9 Server access.

 

The elastofficePLUS services are available separately or jointly, right what you need. We do not require you to lock yourself into an obligatory annual contract and make commitments, there is no "maintenance or availability fee". You have to resort only to the actual service and you pay only what you are using. If you need a legal consultancy of a duration of 1 hour, we will invoice only the fee of 1 hour. If you wish to deliver your filing tasks for one month only, you will certainly pay for 1 month. If you wish to resort to our secretary service for 1 week only, you have to calculate on 1 week’s man-hour.
